In these troubled times that we live in, it was very reassuring to have worked with Ms. Amato in establishing an estate plan that would be relevant, accurate and all inclusive to protect me and my 2 sons. I met Ms. Amato at a workshop she gave at the Riverdale Y some time ago and was amazed at all the things that were of the utmost importance in creating an estate plan, in my case, a revocable plan. She spoke of wills, health care issues, revocable vs. irrevocable trusts, etc. It was overwhelmed to say the least! Ms. Amato was very knowledgeable, well prepared, addressed all questions ensuring her responses were understood by her audience. It took some time for me to gather the necessary information but we finally got the job done! Her staff in the Bronx office was very helpful as well. Although my documents have been "signed, sealed and delivered", Ms. Amato will still take my calls and respond to any questions that might come up. She is truly a professional who enjoys what she does and does not look at the clock to rush you out. She is trustworthy and will keep you informed on the progress she is making with your plan.
