I could not have found a better trust lawyer than Linda Amato. I was at a loss on how to proceed, but she talked me through the whole process, efficiently and with empathy. She really made an effort to accommodate my schedule, made many helpful suggestions, and in no time I ended up with a neatly organized binder holding all the information I need. Another factor that made me choose Linda was, that she works by herself, and I never was referred to a junior staff member, as may happen at larger offices.

My husband and I know, based on our work with Linda Amato, esquire at Amato Law PLLC, that Linda loves what she does, and is a phenomenal attorney whose expertise in estate planning is bar none. Linda followed up to be sure I had taken all the necessary steps to transfer my accounts to my trust, had received all the documents necessary from financial and government institutions, and to see if I had any additional questions.
